    • PURPOSE:To make the constitution of an angular displacement converter simple and to attain miniaturization of converter by detecting the oscillations by torsional or flexural resonance of higher order in the circumferential direction of a torus oscillator with rotary detecting means. CONSTITUTION:A torus oscillator 1 of a magnetic material is oscillated by an oscillator 7 so as to resonate torsionally or flexuously higher order such as (n)-th order in the circumferential direction thereof. If a disc 5 which rotates oppositely to the oscillator 1 is rotated by a desired angle theta by said oscillations and the rotation thereof is detected with detecting means 6a, 6b, etc. for the capacity, etc. of the disc 5, the voltages V1, V2, etc. in accordance with the equation I are obtained, and an angular displacement theta is determined. The angular displacement converter is made simple in constitution and small in size by such system that does not require coils and the like. Here, omega: resonance angular frequency; a: max. amplitude.

    • PURPOSE:To remove mechanical contact portions by providing an exciting means moving in correspondence to the movement of a movable part in the state of being and swiched by a first receiving means and a second receiving means. CONSTITUTION:The pulse form voltage signals e1, e2 obtained by a first receiving means 62 and a second receiving means 63 after t1, t2 while an exciting pulse PE is applied are respectively applied to the reset terminals R of flip-flop circuits FF1, FF2 through comparing amplifiers OP1, OP2. An arithmetic circuit CK, inputted with the time width signals PW1, PW2 from the respective flip-flop circuits FF1, FF2, is able to obtain the feedback signal Ef associated to the displacement position (x) of a movable part 3 from its output terminal OUT. Since l1+l2 is the distance between the first receiving means 62 and the second receiving means 63 and is a constant value irrespective of the displacement position (x) of the movable part 3, the feedback signal Ef becomes accurately proportional to the displacement position (x). The feedback signal Ef does not receive the influrnce of the propagation speed Vs of the ultrasonic wave signal in a magnetostirctive wire 60.

    • PURPOSE:To measure not only gaseous pressure but also liquid pressure and to measure the same highly accurately with a simple constitution, by introducing the fluid to be measured into the inner side of a power detector and varying the resonance frequency of a oscillator by varying the torsion oscillation of the annular vibrator. CONSTITUTION:A power detector 1 is constituted by a main body 11 consisting of a thick-wall cylindrical body 12, a thin-gauge disk 13 closed at its one end and an annular vibrator 14 attached to the outside of the disk 13 and a driving means 15 such as piezo-electric element etc. attached to the inside of a base part of the vibrator 14. The vibrator 14 is formed in funnel shape expanding at the upper part and it is made of a magnetic material and it is twisted previously by an angle phi. When an output signal of an oscillator 2 is inputted into the means 15, the vibrator 14 twisted previously by an angle phi to the outward generates a twist oscillation by an oscillation mode as shown by a brocken line. Resonance frequency of the vibrator 14 is varied by varying said twist oscillation and the pressure of a fluid to be measure is measured by this variation.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure weight with high precision by constituting the titled device by a generating part which generates the force corresponding to the weight, a signal converting part which converts the force into an electric signal a standard weight part consisting of a driving mechanism, and controlling part and performing zero adjustment and the calibration of sensitivity. CONSTITUTION:Saucer 2 acts as a generating mechanism which generates the force corresponding to weight W of the object 1 to be measured and parallel rink 3 acts as a power transmitting mechanism, which transmits the output from saucer 2 to oscillating body 4, and constitutes Roberval mechanism together with vertical lever 31 and horizontal levers 32 and 33. The oscillating part is secured pivotally to the intermediate part of lever 33 and the other end (h) is secured fixedly to base 17. Standard weight 5 is lifted up from saucer 6 or set up on saucer 6 according to the up-and-down motion of lever 7. Thus, weight can be measured with high precision.

    • PURPOSE:To perform stable displacement detection with a simple constitution by propagating ultrasonic wave pulses through stable self-excitation oscillation via masking circuit in a magnetostrictive wire and receiving the same in a displacement part. CONSTITUTION:The ultrasonic pulses which are generated by an oscillator OS and exciting means 2 and propagate in a magnetostrictive wire 1 such as of Ni or other are received in the receiving means 4 of a movable part 3 and the receiving means 5 at the other end of the wire 1. This oscillator OS automatically oscillates stably without the effect of noise, etc. owing to driving of a short time at the initial period of the receiving signal detection of the comparing amplifier OP2 of the means 5 because the pulse time of the pulses outputted by a monostable multi MM closing the gate GA of a mask circuit MS is made slightly shorter than the time until the ultrasonic pulses arrive at the means 5. Hence, the pulses of the width proportional to the displacements of the movable part 3 are stably generated by the duty ratios according to the distance ratios corresponding to the positions of the means 4, 5 from the flip-flop FF in which the oscillation output of the oscillator OS becomes its set signal and the receiving signal of the ultrasonic pulses through the comparing amplifier OP1 of the means 4 becomes its reset signal.
