    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for manufacturing an electric wire with a vertically attached tapes restraining facility cost, preventing a generation of twisting wrinkle, or a rupture of the tapes attached on the outer peripheral surface of the electric wire, and increasing productivity drastically at a constant quality. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, an electric wire 1 and two fire proof tapes 2, 3 supplied from a source is guided by a tape-vertically-attaching guide 6 on the upstream, and the fire proof tapes 2, 3 are fed out such that they are vertically attached on the outer surface of the electric wire 1 in the lengthwise direction of the wire. While the electric wire 1 and the fire proof tapes 2, 3 fed out from the tape-vertically-attaching guide 6 in a vertically attached state are squeezed at a forming die 7, they are fed out such that the fire proof tapes 2, 3 are in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the electric wire 1, and the tapes 2, 3 are wound with the both ends of them laminated equally each other in the crosswise direction to form a laminated part. Since the tape-vertically-attaching guide 6 evenly arranges and vertically attaches the two fire proof tapes 2, 3 on the outer peripheral of the electric wire 1 before they are fed into the forming die 7, the forming die 7 laminates the both ends in the crosswise direction to form the laminated part with laminated amount of the laminated part formed equally and surely without excess or deficiency.

SOLUTION: A device for laying a tape 2 longitudinally on a wire 1 such as an electric wire where an overlapping part 3 is formed at each of the two tape ends, is composed of a first roller 8 having a ring-shaped recess 7 formed in a curved surface in an arc of circle and a second roller 10 having a ring-shaped projection 9 formed in a curved surface in the form of a circular arc, and the configuration further includes a shaping roller arrangement 5 consisting of a trend giving roller 4 to curve the tape in the direction across the width by threading the tape between the recess 7 and projection 9, a third roller 12, having a ring-shaped minor diametric recess 11 formed in a curved surface in an arc of circle having a small radius of curvature, and a fourth roller 14 which has a ring-shaped major diametric recess 13 formed in a curved surface in an arc of circle having a larger radius of curvature than the minor diametric recess, and each wire is threaded between the small-and the large-diameter recesses, while the tape curved by the trend giving roller is threaded in the longitudinal direction of the wire and the tape undergoes a shaping process between the small-and the large- diametric recess.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out replacement between an empty bobbin and a fully wound bobbin in a collective wire rough winder.
      SOLUTION: In this collective wire rough winder, a rotary shaft 1 is divided into a middle split shaft 1A and front and rear split shafts 1B and 1C. In each of the adjacent split shafts, a bearing 11 with a fitting recess part 12 formed in its end face is mounted in one end part, while a bearing 11 with a fitting projection part 13 formed in its end face is mounted in the other end part, and consequently, all the split shafts 1A, 1B, and 1C are fitted and connected mutually. In a device base 14, a bearing rack 15 is arranged for every fitting connection part. The bearing rack 15 is constructed of a fixing member 16 and a freely opening/closing movable member 17, and on each of joining faces between the fixing member 16 and the movable member 17 in closing the movable member 17, a semicircular groove 19 equivalent to a half of a shaft hole having a bearing outer ring fitting recess part 18 in the circumference direction is formed respectively. When the movable members 17 in the bearing racks 15 on the split shaft both sides are opened to release fitting in the fitting connection part, the middle split shaft 1A with a bobbin pair is removed from the bearing racks 15.

A tension adjustment means 61 for delivery of the roughly winding wire, in which an accelerating nozzle 59, which jets air in the rotation direction of the impellers 57 and 58, and a braking nozzle 60, which jets air to the opposite rotation direction against the rotation direction of impellers 57 and 58, are made to face with each the impellers 57 and 58, are provided.
