    • PURPOSE:To prevent disproportionation of particle sized of a raw material charged in dispensing tanks and expand effective capacities of the dispensing tanks by a method wherein, at the time of starting charging the raw material into plural dispensing tanks, the differences in storage amounts of remaining raw material in all dispensing tanks are levelled by charging the raw material from one point and thereafter all the dispensing tanks are charged with the raw material by a continuous movement of a raw material charging means. CONSTITUTION:One and the same raw material stored in dispensing tanks 10, which consist of plural tanks neighboring each other in a horizontal direction, in partially withdrawn from the bottom of each tank, and the raw material is charged by a raw material charging means 14, which moves over the tanks, to each of the tanks from which the raw material was withdrawn. First, the remaining storage amount of each tank is computed by a computer 32, the computed value is compared with the lower storage limit, and the raw material charging device 14 is stopped at a point above a tank which has a storage amount lower than the lower storage limit to charge the raw material continuously to the tank until the storage amount of the tank reaches the lower storage limit to thereby level the differences in remaining storage amounts of all the tanks. Then, the raw material charging device 14 moves continuously from one end to other end of the dispensing tanks 10 to sequentially fill the neighboring tanks. This mechanism can prevent disproportionation of particle sizes of a raw material charged in dispensing tanks 10 and expand effective capacities of the dispensing tanks.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate to suspend upstream equipments, and thereby contrive stabilization in quality by letting the delivery port of an upstream side conveyor be automatically moved to a specified conveyor line when a downstream side conveyor is suspended because of failures in a belt conveyor carrying granules for steel mills and the like. CONSTITUTION:When a downstream side conveyor line is suspended based on information about the production, brand, operations and suspension of both downstream side delivery belt conveyor 11 through 13, 21 through 23 and 31 through 33, and upstream side equipments 1 through 3, on information 15, 25 and 35 about junction points with downstream side conveyor transfer lines, and on information about the transferring capability, operations and suspension and the like of the downstream side conveyor transfer lines, an operation device 40 determines with which of the downstream side conveyor lines the delivery port of the corresponding upstream side equipment shall be connected so as to direct commands 16, 26 and 36 to the corresponding one out of moving machines 10, 20 and 30 for changing the destination. Owing to this constitution, a device can thereby be operated without suspending the upstream side equipments, thereby allowing quality to be stabilized.

    • PURPOSE:To save labor force and improve stowage efficiency for a raw material stowing device in a raw material yard for an iron mill, etc., by monitoring a stack growth condition with a camera and predicting a stack bottom position in completion in accordance with image data so that the stowage position of a yard machine can be modified to match to an estimated bottom position. CONSTITUTION:A stack growth condition involved in stowage is monitored with a stack monitoring camera to detect a real stack bottom position in the direction of the stowage width of a stack with a real stack bottom position detecting means in accordance with stack image data. A stack bottom position judging means compares the real stack bottom position with an estimated stack bottom position for a preset stowage width and judges the matching of the real stack bottom position in stowage completion to the estimated stack bottom position. If mismatching occurs, a stowage position modifying means modifys the stowage position of a yard machine to allow the matching of the bottom position in completion.

    • PURPOSE:To make improvements in reduction of labor for dusting prevention and its certainty by monitoring a dusting status of material with a telecamera, while performing a status judgment upon central picture processing, and making it so as to do watering control over an ore-deposit yard or the like in an ironworks. CONSTITUTION:A camera controller 2 controls as industrial television camera 1 by a control command out of a remote control device 6 via an image input- output unit 5 and takes a picture of open bulk materials 20, transmitting it to the image input-output unit 5 through an antenna 3 and a microwave 4. The inputted image is projected onto a monitor television screen 7, while it is fed to an arithmetic unit 8 which judges a dusting status in comparing the images fed in regular succession. When dusting is judged, it issues a watering command to a watering controller 9 in a dusting area and thus water sprinkling from a watering device 21 takes place. With this constitution, this water sprinkling is efficiently and accurately performed and, what is more, labor abatement is well promotable.

    • PURPOSE: To accomplish accurate setting in a short time by detecting the position of interfering with a concave ring due to the ascending of a mantle with a pulsating pressure sensor, correcting the clearance zero point, and thereafter, automatically setting to a desired clearance. CONSTITUTION: The pulsating pressure sensor 11, which detects the fact that the mantle 1 is interfering with the concave ring 2, is provided, and the position of a piston 14 is detected from an existing set indicator 6. Further, a pressure switch 12 for backup is provided for a malfunction and failure or the like of the pulsating pressure sensor 11 to constitute a system for inputting these respective signals into a control device 15. Further, a terminal machine 16 for the control device is provided, whereby the revolutional operation of the mantle 1 and the ascending/descending operation of the piston 4 are carried out, and at the same time, the operation condition, the position of the piston 4 and the clearance value are displayed in the setting of the clearance. The stoppage of operation, fault condition and an alarm are outputted in the case of abnormality.

    • PURPOSE:To uniformalize the distribution of particle size in each tank by disposing a shuttle conveyer above a two-port hopper, thereby to bring a raw ore into collision with a hood in a tank on this side in the moving direction, and thereby to lift up the hood so that a raw ore is allowed to take a free drop in a tank advance side. CONSTITUTION:When a head pulley 8 of a shuttle conveyer 7 disposed above a two-port hopper 1 is positioned above a tank 1'', a receive roller 29 disposed on the head pulley portion 8 is positioned at a guide portion 21 of a hood 19 pivoted on support plate 17, so that the hood 19 is inclined, with the free end thereof positioned in the two-port hopper 1. When a raw ore 4 is supplied in such a condition, the raw ore 4 collides with the guide portion 21 of the hood 19, and the raw ore of large particle size rebounds, while the raw ore of small particle size drops in the tank 1'' as it is. On the other hand, when the shuttle conveyer 7 is advanced, the receive roller 29 is positioned at a support portion 22, and the hood 19 is positioned above the conveyer 7. In this arrangement, the raw ore 4 is allowed to take a free drop in the tank 1'.
