    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacturing and a seal assembling work, and profitably execute the work in the viewpoints of construction period and construction cost even when a gap formed between the outer cicumferential face of an existing fluid transport pipe and the inner face of a joint opposite to this is reconstructed into a sealing construction. SOLUTION: A joint 3 having a flow passage F communicated to a through hole 2 formed on te pipe circumferential wall 1A is fittedly fixed outside a fluid transport pipe 1 in the condition of interposing a first seal material 4 for sealing between itself and the outer circumferential face of the fluid transport pipe 1, a cylindrical bush 6 is inserted extending over between the through hole 2 of the pipe circumferential wall 1A and the inner circumferential face of a flow passage wall 3A forming the flow passage F of the joint 3, and a sealing means 7 sealing between the one end part 6A facing into the fluid transport pipe 1 of the bush 6 and the inner circumferential face of the fluid transport pipe 1 is provided. Further, an annular groove 9 for mounting an annular second seal material 8 pressure-contacted with the inner circumferential face of the flow passage wall 3A of the joint 3 in the outer fitting condition is formed on the outer circumferential face of the bush 6.

    • PURPOSE:To dispense with any linking mechanism for linking a pressing mechanism with moving pieces by providing an auxiliary pressing mechanism for pressing the moving pieces by the movement of an extruding member, and for extruding the moving pieces in the direction perpendicular to the inserting direction. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic rubber-made elastic seal member 10 to be elastically deformed by pressing by a pressing mechanism 5, and to be bonded to the pipe inner surface side is provided on a sluicing valve body 2. Moreover, an auxiliary pressing mechanism 13 for extruding a pair of right and left, metallic, and hard moving pieces 12 in the direction perpendicular to the valve rod shaft core X direction, and pressing the elastic seal member 10 to the pipe inner surface side in the direction perpendicular to the X direction by means of the moving pieces 12 is provided. That is, in the auxiliary pressing mechanism 13, a connecting plate 20 is an extruding member for pressing the moving pieces 12 by the movement along the X direction according to the elastic deformation of the elastic seal member 10, and extruding the moving pieces 12 in the direction perpendicular to the X direction. Moreover, it is a hard supporting member for slidably and movably supporting the moving pieces 12 of a cylindrical metal fitting 23 in the direction perpendicular to the X direction.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify a structure by making movable pieces approach a pipe inner surface in a direction crossing an inserting direction through elastic deformation of an elastic seal member, and thereby brinding the elastic seal into pressure contact by sufficient pressure force. CONSTITUTION:An operation mechanism 15 is formed by engaging a cylindrical fitting 16 which holds a lower end of a movable piece 14 with a through-hole formed on a lower end of a connection plate 24 slidably in a direction of valve bar axis X. The cylindrical fitting 16 is moved relatively to a core bar 12 so as to shift inside the core bar 12 by the elastic deformation of an elastic seal member 11 accompanied with close contact of the elastic seal member 11 with a pipe inner surface 13. The connection plate 24 is pressed between bilateral movable pieces 14. The movable pieces 14 are pressed by a wedge surface 26 of the connection plate 24. The movable pieces 14 are oscillated so as to approach the pipe inner surface 13 in a direction crossing the valve bar axis X. The elastic seal member 11 is then brought into pressure contact with the pipe inner surface 13 in a direction crossing the valve bar axis X. The movement of the pressing member does not necessarily have direct interlocking with the movement of the movable pieces.
