    • PURPOSE:To improve safety by providing an electromagnetic safety valve and releasing the supply of pilot pressure to a change-over valve provided between a manual controlling valve and an actuator on the basis of the detecting result of an emergency detector to close the change-over valve. CONSTITUTION:When a bucket 1 intrudes into a set dangerous area from the front for example, the excited condition of a boom stopping electromagnetic valve 25 and a solenoid of an arm stopping electromagnetic valve 26 is turned off and the electromagnetic valves is operated to the closing side by an urging spring provided on the opposite side to detect and calculate the intrusion of the bucket 1 into the set dangerous area and close a change-over valve. An electromagnetic safety valve 20 is provided for putting the pressure in a hydraulic circuit into zero which circuit supplies pilot pressure for operating respective emergency stop electromagnetic valves 24, 25, 26 and an automatic swing controlling valve 21 when abnormalities take place in the control circuit of a controller CPU to make forcible stop impossible or the like. Thus, safety can be improved by the double closing of the hydraulic circuit.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the number of actions in maneuvering by offset moving a bucket automatically into the setting position in the position where turning of an arm support lever or a boom control lever to the work side causes the arm or boom angle to exceed a certain specified angle. CONSTITUTION:When a protrusion position auto-return switch 50 is turned on with start of excavating operation, the set rotational angle of an offset arm 22 is stored, and the revolving angle of a revolving table 12 is stored. Then soil and sand are scooped by a bucket 1, which is once accommodated at the side of a cabin 2, and after exhaust of the soil and sand, the revolving table 12 is returned to the original excavating position in this condition the bucket is accommodated. Then an arm control lever 9a or a boom control lever is fully turned, and an offset solenoid proportional valve 39 is actuated unless the arm 4 is in the prohibited zone, and an offset cylinder 3 will contract till the position of the setting rotational angle for the arm 22. When further the bucket 1 reaches the rotational angle setting position, the proportional valve 39 is deactuated, and a revolving solenoid proportional valve 51 is turned off.

    • PURPOSE: To support a blade and perform tilting work by link by pivotally connecting one end of the link pivotally supported by a support frame to the blade through ball-joint and rotatably connecting the other end of the link to a tilt cylinder attached to the blade.
      CONSTITUTION: A blade 4 is supported by a support frame 1 in a freely tilting angle adjustable manner. When one of angle cylinders 6a and 6b is extended and the other end is withdrawn, the blade 4 is bilaterally moved with a ball-joint 5 as the fulcrum, and at the same time an L-shaped link 10 is moved in the wake of the blade 4 in the same direction on the ball-joint 11 as the fulcrum. On the other hand, when a tilt cylinder 15 is extended in the direction of arrow A by tilting operation, a ball-joint part 13 is moved in the direction of arrow B on the ball-joint 11 as the fulcrum and the blade 4 is tilted counterclockwise on the ball-joint 5 as the fulcrum, whereupon the blade 4 is, at the same time, worked in the left direction through the ball-joint 16. In short, the blade 4 is tilted by the resultant force of the turning force of the link 10 and the propulsion of the tilt cylinder 15, thus increasing the tilting force.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the stability of control by a method wherein the temperature of indirect refrigerant, effecting heat exchange in an evaporator, is controlled at a set temperature by using both of an opening and closing solenoid valve and a solenoid flow control valve in a bypass passage while the objective temperature of the outlet port temperature of the indirect refrigerant is changed automatically. CONSTITUTION:A circuit from an evaporator 4 to a compressor 3 is provided with a solenoid flow control valve 2 and a bypass passage 5 for releasing high-temperature and high-pressure overheated steam from a space between the compressor 3 and the condenser 6 into a space between an expansion valve 11 and the evaporator 4. The bypass passage 5 is provided with an opening and closing solenoid valve 1 and the flow rate of refrigerant is controlled by a solenoid flow control valve 2 while the bypass passage 5 is controlled by the ON-OFF of the opening and closing solenoid valve 1. An inlet temperature sensor 17 is provided at the inlet port of the evaporator 4 for sea water or the indirect refrigerant and an outlet temperature sensor 18 is provided at the outlet port of the same while the inlet temperature is compared with a set temperature or an objective temperature is compared with the set temperature and the objective temperature of the outlet temperature is changed and the outlet temperature is controlled by the flow control of the solenoid flow control valve 2 and the ON-OFF control of the solenoid valve 1 of the bypass passage 5 so as to obtain the objective temperature.
