    • PURPOSE:To measure the control time when a weighing signal from a weighing part becomes a set weight, so that the set weight and a flow rate control value can be derived automatically from this measured value. CONSTITUTION:A control signal which has been determined suitably by the first arithmetic means 8 is supplied to a supplying device 2 plural times until a weighing signal from a weighing part 4 becomes the final target weight, and the final stable weighing signal of every time is stored in the means 8. Subsequently, a deviation of the maximum value and the minimum value of the final stable signal is calculated by the second arithmetic means 10, and when its deviation is out of an allowable range by the third arithmetic means 12, the control signal which has been determined suitably by the means 8 is changed, and when it is within the allowable range, its control signal is supplied as the second normal control signal to the first control means 6. Next, until the weighing signal becomes a set weight, the control signal which has been determined in advance is supplied to a measuring means 14, and the supply time of the signal is measured. When this measured value is smaller than a value T which has been determined in advance by the fourth arithmetic means 16, the set weight is changed, and the means 14 is energized. When said measured value is larger than the value T, the set weight of that time is supplied as a normal set weight to the means 6, so that the set weight can be obtained automatically.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of an arithmetic circuit in use and to reduce the manufacture cost by judging whether or not the cumulative value of the weight of a supplied article and the weight of articles which are already selected is within a specific permission range. CONSTITUTION:(n) set of articles whose center value is specific weight are collected and articles within the permissible weight range are supplied to article storage parts 22a-22d. For the purpose, the 1st-the (n)th permissible weight ranges are determined and inputted to a microcomputer (MC). An article supplied to a conveyer 10 is weighed by a load cell 12 at a supply position A and the weighed value is inputted to the MC. Then, the conveyer 10 is driven by a motor and driving parts 20a-20d for supply operate with the signal of the MC judged on the basis of the permissible weight ranges to supply the article on the conveyer 10 to a corresponding storage part among 22a-22d. Then, an article within the 1st permissible weight range is supplied to, for example, the storage part 22a, then such an article that the cumulative value including the weight of the article which is already supplied is within the 2nd permissible weight range is supplied to the storage part 22a, and thus (n) articles are collected and discharged from the storage part 22a. This supply of articles is carried out at storage parts 22a-22d in parallel.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the weight of articles filling each container and the total weight of articles in a predetermined number of containers to be approximately equalized to respective target weight values by providing correction means between weight setting means and subtraction means. CONSTITUTION:When an open gate 4 is closed, powder that has been positioned in the spaces of supply and measuring hoppers 4 and 8, respectively, is supplied to the measuring hopper 8 and a measuring signal is fed to a comparator 20 via a load cell 14 and an A/D converter 18. On the other hand, a head drop weight set to a memory 26 is subtracted (30) from a target weight set to a memory 22. A subtracted value is compared (20) with the measuring signal and, when both agree with each other, the comparator 20 feeds a supply stop signal to the gate 4. A set-weight correcting circuit 24 corrects the target weight on the basis of the cumulative value of errors generated during repeated filling operations. Further, a head drop weight correcting circuit 28 obtains the mean value of the errors which would be produced if it were not the correction by the set weight correcting circuit 24 during repeated filling operations of predetermined times and corrects a head drop weight by said mean value.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a measuring cycle time, improve the measuring speed, and improve measuring accuracy. SOLUTION: This quantitative weighing machine is provided with the first inserting means 1 inserting a measured object 7 having the weight slightly smaller than the target weight into a first measuring hopper 5, the first measuring means 2 measuring the weight of the measured object 7 inserted into the first measuring hopper 5, calculating the first deficient weight against the target weight, and discharging the measured object 7 from the first measuring hopper 5, and the second measuring means 4 starting to discharge the measured object 7 corresponding to the first deficient weight from a second measuring hopper 19 before the measured object 7 is completely discharged from the first measuring hopper 5. The first measuring means 2 measures the stuck weight of the measured object 7 stuck to the first measuring hopper 5 after the measured object 7 is completely discharged from the first measuring hopper 5, and the second measuring means 4 discharges the measured object 7 corresponding to the second deficient weight added with the stuck weight to the first deficient weight in place of the first deficient weight from the second measuring hopper 19.
