    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the accurate rice polishing based on the design of installing a structure of a feed cup by fixing removably a mount on the axis of a chain and engaging pins of the feed cup in engaging holes of the mount. SOLUTION: A mount 4a is fixed on the axis of a chain 8, and engaging pins 17a, 17b and 17c set on a feed cup 4 are engaged removably with engaging holes 17d, 17e and 17f formed on the mount 4a. A forward and reversible rotation motor 11 is rotated forward and a half-hulled rice cup 4 is lifted up to feed or discharge rice, and another forward and reversible rotation motor 34 is rotated forward and another half-hulled rice cup 24 is lifted and returned to carry out the back polishing. A given amount of grains can be polished accurately by the simplest device by the above arrangement, and a taste test and the like can be performed. The feed cup 4 and the half-hulled rice cup 24 can be lifted and lowered by the forward and reversible rotation motor, and the feed cup 4 can be removed and installed simply.

    • PURPOSE: To make it possible to change over a polished rice outlet and a half-polished rice outlet simply by running a forward and backward running motor forward and backward, to simplify production and to embody automation by installing a partition body which discharges grains to the polished rice outlet when a bottom plate member rotates forward and to the half-polished rice outlet when this bottom plate member rotates backward into a changeover chamber. CONSTITUTION: Unpolished rice grains are packed into a supply cup and the weight thereof is measured by a weighing device at the time of rice milling. Next, a motor is run forward to introduce the supply cup to an inverting device where the unpolished rice is supplied into the supply hopper and is subjected to rice milling in a rice milling section. The first rice milling in the rice milling section is half-rice milling and, therefore, the half-polished rice is admitted from the rice milling chamber 53 through a width adjusting section 54 into a discharge chamber 55 and is taken out of a discharge port 56 and the half-polished rice outlet 38 to a half-polished rice cup by rotating the bottom plate member 60 backward by energizing a motor 61. On the other hand, the motor 61 is run forward after the end of the milling of the half-polished rice and the polished rice is taken out of the polished rice output 37 into the supply cup by the effect of the partition body 63.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an automatic rice milling device capable of previously preventing trouble caused by clogging of grains of rice by allowing the moisture value of grains of rice to be easily recognized by a user even when grains of rice whose moisture value is unknown are milled and treated. CONSTITUTION:A moisture measuring instrument 40 is provided just above a charge hopper 14. When moisture value measured by the moisture measuring instrument 40 is a prescribed value or more, a rice milling impossible lump 48 is lighted and also indication of (forbid charging grains of rice) is shown in an electric indication part 50. Furthermore, in this case, a device becomes an unactuated state regardless of operation of a driving switch. Therefore a user easily recognizes the moisture value of grains of rice. It is prevented that the user charges grains of rice containing high moisture by mistake and operates the device. The trouble caused by clogging of grains of rice is previously prevented.
