    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain investments on die facility by improving a manufacturing yield of a laminate diaphragm for a loudspeaker.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a laminate diaphragm for a loudspeaker has: a molding step of molding a lower layer section 10B by hot-pressing a lower layer material 10A of a diaphragm impregnated with thermosetting synthetic resin with dies 32 and 34 of a thermal molding machine 30; a thermal welding layer formation step of coating a thermal welding sheet 12B on the lower layer section 10B; and a molding adhesion step of setting the lower layer section 10B molded and coated with the thermal welding sheet 12B and an upper layer material 16A of the diaphragm not molded in a thermal molding machine 50 and hot-pressing them, and adhering the upper layer section 16B and the lower layer section 10B by the thermal welding sheet 12B while making the upper layer material 16A into a shape of the upper layer section 16B of the diaphragm. While molding the upper layer material 10A into a shape of the upper layer section 16B, the lower layer section 10B is adhered to the upper layer section 16B. Therefore, there is no gap between the lower layer section 10B and the upper layer section 16B, and wrinkles on a surface of the diaphragm can be prevented.

The thickness D1 of the diaphragm body part 16 is 0.14 mm, the thickness D2 of a boundary part of the edge part 17 and the diaphragm body part 16 is 0.1 mm, the thickness D3 of a projection part 17A of the edge part 17 is 0.09 mm, and the thickness D4 of a holding part 17B of the edge part 17 is 0.14 mm. Since the edge part 17 is molded into the thickness different from the diaphragm body part 16 in such a manner, the minimum resonance frequency f0 is adjusted without affecting an edge width or weight.
