摘要： PURPOSE:To easily produce good finished L-shaped concrete plate having a bend part at low cost by a method wherein concrete is flat-cast in one horizontally held form face of an L-shaped pivoting platen, on which peripheral form is fixed, and, after the hardening of the cast concrete, the pivoting platen is turned right angles so as to stand the one form face upright and, at the same time, bring the other form face horizontally in order to flat-cast concrete in the other form face. CONSTITUTION:Reinforcing bars 4 are assembled in peripheral form 3. By pivoting an L-shaped pivoting platen 2 about a pin 1b, one open side end is placed on a supporting stand 1c, resulting in holding one form face Ka horizontally. Under the above-mentioned state, concrete is flat-cast in the one form face Ka. Next, after the hardening of the cast concrete to some extent, the pivoting platen 2 is turned right angles by pulling wire W engaged to an engaging part 2b by means of a crane so as to place the other open side end on a supporting stand 1d, resulting in standing the form face Ka, in which concrete has been cast, upright and holding the other form face Kb horizontally. By flat-casting concrete in the other form face Kb under the above-mentioned state, an L-shaped PC plate, the one form face Ka of which is connected by concrete with the other form face Kb, is obtained.
