The drive coil 22 includes a stator yoke 25 on the outer circumferential side of the drive coil 22. The magnet rotor 12 includes a mass adjusting part 15 comprising a magnetic material or non-magnetic material provided to a side not related to the generation of motor torque so as to give imbalanced mass to cause vibration during rotation, allowing the mass adjusting part 15 to freely generate vibration during rotation.
