    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new calcium production technique by which a recarbonation reaction of cationized calcium oxide powder is effectively inhibited even after long-term storage and high quality can be maintained over a long period of time even in a usual warehouse environment. SOLUTION: The shell calcium powder is obtained as follows: preliminarily washed (1) and dried (2) shells consisting primarily of calcium carbonate are fired (4) by heating in a temperature range of 900-1,000°C; cationized calcium oxide flakes are cooled (5) to ordinary temperature and pulverized (6); impurities are removed (7); and the resulting powder is mixed in a solvent such as an alcohol and mixed (10) with an extracted (8, 9) antibacterial Chinese herbal component in a predetermined ratio to form one of a coating layer, an impregnation layer and a chemical reaction layer each comprising the antibacterial Chinese herbal component or a composite layer of those on at least a surface of each fine particle of the powder in contact with air.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dissolving granules in which elution rate of a material (active ingredient) contained can be set and to provide a method for producing the dissolving granules.
      SOLUTION: In the dissolving granules 1, a cosmetic material 11 which is an active ingredient and a binder material 12 are kept in uniformly mixed and hardened state on the surface of nuclear particles which become nucleus of the shape and elution rate of the cosmetic material 11 to a liquid (e.g. hot water) is determined by weight ratio of each component. Although it is difficult to granulate the cosmetic material 11 alone, granulation is carried out by using the nuclear particles 10 and the binder material and the granulated material is sintered at a low temperature to provide granules having adequate hardness. The elution rate of the cosmetic material 11 is delayed by forming the cosmetic material 11 as granules and the granules enables long-term continuous use of the cosmetic material 11 and can suppress putrefaction and deterioration of the active ingredient contained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solvent soluble bactericide able to fix an elution rate of iodine included in the solvent soluble bactericide and able to disinfect the bacteria even at a low concentration, and a method for producing the solvent-soluble bactericide.
      SOLUTION: In the solvent soluble bactericide 1, a mixture 11 of iodine with an iodine compound (or the iodine compound) and a binder material 12 are in a solidified state of a uniform mixture on the surface of nucleus particles 10 which serve as a core of the shape. The elution rate of iodine (iodide ion) to a liquid (e.g., hot water) is determined by the weight ratio of each of constituents. The mixture 11 itself is difficult to be granulated, but it is granulated by using the nucleus particles 10 and the binder material and dried under ≤100°C to prepare granulated particles having suitable hardness.
