    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative control type hydraulic system eliminating the necessity of using a pilot pump, preventing power loss and eliminating the necessity of using a load pressure generator between a hydraulic pump and a control valve. SOLUTION: The negative control type hydraulic system includes: the hydraulic pump connected to an engine; a hydraulic actuator connected to the hydraulic pump; switching valves controlling a flow of working fluid supplied to the hydraulic actuator; pilot signal pressure generating means installed on a downstream side of a center bypass passage of the hydraulic pump; an operation lever outputting signal pressure in proportion to a manipulation amount; and a pressure reducing valve installed in a pilot flow passage having one end branched and connected to the center bypass passage and the other end connected to an input port of the operation lever, and controlling working fluid supplied through the pilot flow passage when the operation lever is manipulated so that the working fluid from the hydraulic pump can be used as the signal pressure according to the manipulation of the operation lever.
