摘要： PURPOSE: To enable a freeze-drying process to be accelerated and opened in a sterilized environment, by engaging a ring shaped protrusion with a ring shaped notch between the edge face and a cross section convergent part of an outer flange and making a ring shaped space be communicated with the inside of a syringe cylinder through a ring shaped space between the inside of the outer flange and a closing plug. CONSTITUTION: A needle attaching part 3 of this medical syringe is coaxially set in a connecting part 4 to make the outer border line of a closing plug 9 forming a ring shaped space 8 correspond to the inner border line of the outer flange 5 and the cross section converging part 7. A ring shaped protrusion 6 is engaged in a ring shaped notch 10 between the edge face and the cross section converging part 7 on the neck part of the outer flange 5, and the ring shaped space 8 is communicated with the inside of the syringe cylinder 1 through a ring shaped gap 11 formed between the inside of the outer flange 4 and the closing plug 9. A clearance 12 extended into the outer ring shaped space 8 is equipped on the connecting part 4. Thereby the freezedrying process can be accelerated and the plug can be closed in the sterilized environment immediately after the freeze-drying.
