    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for smoothly performing indoor/outdoor air intake and discharge even when a front surface has an angular shape such as a quadrilateral shape, with respect to a ventilating opening cover which includes a base body having a back plate along a wall surface of a building, and an air flow adjusting plate for adjusting a supply air flow by being moved back or forth with respect to the base body and which is provided on an indoor wall surface of the building.SOLUTION: On a corner position of the air flow adjusting plate 15, a turbulence preventing plate 17 is provided projecting from the rear side toward the base body 12 up to the inside thereof. Thus, smooth air intake and discharge can be performed without producing turbulence even if the air flow adjusting plate 15 has a rectangular form.

The ventilating hole cover 1 further comprises a straightening part 7a which extends from the opening 2a of the insertion tube 2 toward the ventilation opening 6 along an inclined surface 3b of the dome part 3 and closes the upper side of a ventilation passage 11, and can let the air flow 11c discharged from the ventilation opening 6 flow to separate from the outside wall 4.

By straightening action of the bellmouth 7, a pressure loss of the ventilating opening cover 5 itself is lowered, and an exhaust air capacity and a supply air capacity in a windless state are improved. The bellmouth 7 functions as a screen with respect to the spigot tube 3b. By this, even when wind blows into the interior of the hood 6, an exhaust air capacity and a supply air capacity needed as wind resisting specifications can be provided, and intrusion of rainwater into the spigot tube 3b is reduced.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating hole cover with a front cover easy to mount/demount on/from a back cover, allowing safe demounting work for the front cover at a high place of insecure foothold.
      SOLUTION: The front cover 8 has a locking hole 19 in a rear side cylinder portion 14, and the back cover 9 has a mounting piece 18 on a front side cylinder portion 17. The front cover, when mounted, is rotated clockwise with an introduction opening 19a of the locking hole 19 matched and pushed into a lock pawl piece 18c, and a hand is released therefrom. Then, a spring piece 18b energizes the front cover 8 to lock the lock pawl piece 18c to an oblong hole 19b of the locking hole 19, whereby the front cover 8 is mounted thereon. The front cover 8, when demounted, is rotated counterclockwise while being pushed into the spring piece 18b against the energization thereof. No need exists for strongly pulling the front cover 8 to the front side and no backward tilting occurs due to the upper body of a worker instigated backward, resulting in safe work at a high place of insecure foothold.
