SOLUTION: The aqueous dispersion contains a polyolefin resin (A) having a specified composition, a polyurethane resin (B) having a glass transition temperature of 0°C or higher and an aqueous medium, wherein the mass ratio, (A)/(B), is 97/3 to 10/90. A coating film obtained therefrom and a laminate film prepared by forming the coating film on a base film are also provided.
