    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ground reinforcing frame which makes an environmental load light by the possession of biodegradability.
      SOLUTION: A plurality of mutually arranged bamboos 17 are laid on ground 13 in the state of being connected to a biodegradable net 15 or a biodegradable fabric by means of a cord-like body 18. The net 15 is attached to the ground by means of a biodegradable anchor. A hole 22 is opened between joints of the bamboo 17, and soil is infilled between the joints through the hole 22, so that planting 14 can be applied between the joints. The longitudinally half-split bamboo 17 can be used. The ground reinforcing frame is installed in the ground by covering the net 15 and the bamboo 17 with sediment. The plurality of bamboos 17 are bundled to constitute a unit, and a plurality of units are mutually arranged and connected to the net 15 by means of the cord-like body 18.
