    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simultaneous parallel manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method of fine bubble-containing high concentration oxygen water and fine bubble-containing high concentration hydrogen water, rich in oxygen and hydrogen, respectively. SOLUTION: The simultaneous parallel manufacturing apparatus of fine bubble-containing high concentration oxygen water and hydrogen water using oxygen gas and hydrogen gas of high purity includes: oxygen gas and hydrogen gas forming units forming oxygen gas and hydrogen gas from supplied water; a first mixing part mixing the formed oxygen gas with water by passing them through a porous substance and generating fine bubbles; a second mixing part mixing the formed hydrogen gas with water by passing them through the porous substance and generating fine bubbles; a first dissolving part connected to the first mixing part, pressurizing the mixed fluid containing fine bubbles of oxygen gas and water to heighten the solubility of oxygen gas; a second dissolving part connected to the second mixing part, pressurizing the mixed fluid containing fine bubbles of hydrogen gas and water to heighten the solubility of hydrogen gas; and first and second storage tanks connected to the respective dissolving parts and storing oxygen water and hydrogen water discharged from the respective dissolving parts.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble adhesive plastic film label which has excellent water resistance, is wrinkle-free and mold-free, is rapidly removed from a container to thereby reduce washing costs.
      SOLUTION: The water-soluble adhesive plastic film label 100 includes: a contractible plastic film layer 10 which is contracted by applying hot water, steam, or hot air at a temperature equal to or higher than the predetermined temperature to the label attached to a container 200 such as a bottle or others such as a PET bottle; a printed layer 20 laminated on the front surface of the contractible plastic film layer 10, including characters and a figure printed on the printed layer 20 and indicating a product; and a bonding layer 30 laminated on the rear surface of the contractible plastic film layer 10 and bonding the contractible plastic film layer 10 to the container, wherein the bonding layer 30 is made of a water-soluble adhesive.
