摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a koji producing film container being a culture container which is not a pressure can and a ventilating koji production apparatus for pure culture for ventilating koji production by a pure culture by using the koji producing film container in order to solve problems that a conventional open system koji production method has a difficulty of causing a bacterial contamination, a koji production apparatus for pure culture using a pressure can as a culture container has a problem of an increased load of plant and equipment investment due to occupation of the pressure can and a pure culture using a film container can pack only a small amount of a koji raw material since the method is not a ventilating koji production method. SOLUTION: This koji producing film container is equipped with a porous plate 4 at the bottom of the inside of a film bag 3 having an intake port 1 and an exhaust vent 2. The side of the porous plate 4 is fixed to the film bag 3. The intake port 1 is connected through a communicating tube 5 to a degerming filter 6 and the exhaust vent 2 is connected to an exhaust tube 7. The outlet part of the exhaust tube 7 is blocked. This ventilating koji production apparatus for pure culture has a constitution in which the inlet of the degerming filter 6 of the koji producing film container is connected through a communicating tube 10 to the outlet of an air conditioning part 11, the inlet of the air conditioning part 11 is connected through a communicating tube 12 to an air pump 13 and the outlet of the exhaust tube 7 is opened.
