SOLUTION: A device for producing tampons comprises a cylindrical holder member 11, in which an absorbent is to be held, and a push member for moving in the holder member and pushing the absorbent out of holder member, and is provided with a small-diameter part at one end and a large diameter part having a larger outer diameter than the small-diameter part at the other end. The arrangement system comprises an opening 62 for supplying the holder members, a pair of first convex parts 63 being located at one end in the longitudinal direction of the opening, projecting toward the inside of the opening and facing to each other, and a pair of second convex parts 64 being located at the other end in the longitudinal direction of the opening, projecting toward the inside of the opening and facing to each other.
