The pudding containing the gallate-type catechin can be obtained by mixing a food composition having gallate-type catechin, gelatin and stabilizer as three essential components and a food composition obtained by emulsifying a composition composed chiefly of sugar and oil and fat as the oil-in-water type, and cooling and solidifying this mixture.
