    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration sensor stabilized in conduction state even miniaturized. SOLUTION: This acceleration sensor 1 comprises a metallic case 6 and a lid plate 5 which constitute a sealed case. An inertial ball 10 and a movable contact 8 having two or more movable parts are housed in the sealed case. The movable contact is connected to a terminal pin 3, and in contact with the sealed case inside surface 6C that is a fixed contact by deforming a blade- like part 8B that is the movable part by the weight of the inertial ball. The tip 8C of the movable part is bent to the sealed case inner surface side by a prescribed angle. Accordingly, the area of the contact part of the movable contact with the fixed contact can be minimized by bending the tip of the movable part, and the contact pressure per unit area of the contact part can be increased.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable capacity type refrigerant compressor working with a swash plate capable of making an ability control accurately. SOLUTION: The variable capacity type refrigerant compressor 1 working with the swash plate includes a vessel 2 furnished with a through hole 2B, where a sensor 10 is mounted. The sensor 10 has an oscillator circuit, a sensing coil of this oscillator circuit is positioned mating directly with the side face of a piston 6. The piston 6 is driven by the swash plate 8, and the stroke is decided by the inclining angle of the swash plate 8. When the piston 6 comes into the sensible range of the sensor 10, the oscillating frequency of the oscillator circuit of the sensor changes to cause the sensor output to change. The inclining angle of the swash plate can be known by calculating the stroke of the piston 6 from the output of the sensor 10, and accordingly the inclining angle of the swash plate can be controlled accurately.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an endurance property by suppressing degradation of a contact point restrained in a thermal-actuated switch using a snap action of a bimetal or the like.
      SOLUTION: The thermal-actuated switch 31 has a contact point mechanism inside a metallic sealed container. A movable contact point 7 fixed to a thermal-actuated board 9 faces at a fixed contact point 33, and is made in contact/out of contact with the fixed contact point by a sudden inversion/reversion action of the thermal-actuated board with the movable contact point draw-molded. A contact point displacement preventing member 34 is arranged on a back surface of the fixed contact point 33. When the movable contact point 7 is contacted to the fixed contact point 33 with a collision, deformation and vibration of the fixed contact point is restrained by a bent fixed contact point hitting the contact point displacement preventing member 34. With this, a bouncing of the movable contact point by rebounding from the fixed contact point and a corresponding arc generation are suppressed, and a contact point life is extended, and therefore, the endurance property as a thermal-actuated switch is improved.
