摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sizing device molding a thick hollow plastic sheet with a high surface density, and also to provide a manufacturing method of the hollow plastic sheet using the device.
SOLUTION: The sizing device for a hollow plastic sheet is provided with: a first pressure-reduced section 10 constituted with a first sizing plate 2 in contact with a molten-extruded hollow plastic sheet S and a feed/discharge block 20; and a second pressure-reduced section 11 constituted with a pressure-reduced box surrounding a second sizing plate 3. The first sizing plate 2 and feed/discharge block 20 have a water feed groove 4 and a drain groove 5 disposed alternately, the second sizing plate 3 is provided with sucking grooves 13, and the pressure-reduced box is provided with a cooling water spray nozzles 14 and openings 22 for pressure reducing and draining. The manufacturing method of the hollow plastic sheet using the sizing device is also provided.

SOLUTION: This sizing device for a hollow plastic sheet comprises a sizing plate having a water supply groove and a slit-like pressure reducing and sucking hole and a pressure reducing box surrounding the take-up side of the sizing plate. The water supply groove is formed in the sizing plate near the contact point thereof with the melt-extruded hollow plastic sheet in the lateral direction of the hollow plastic sheet, and the pressure reducing and sucking hole is formed through the sizing plate on the take-up side in the lateral direction of the hollow plastic sheet. A cooling water spray nozzle and a suction hole for pressure reduction and water drainage are formed in the pressure reducing box. The method of manufacturing a hollow plastic sheet using the device is also provided.
