摘要： PURPOSE:To divide and cut a plant suitable for dividing a seedling and culturing the plant by placing a main stem of the plant in a V-grooved plant pedestal supported in a floating manner relatively to a substrate, fitting the cutting position of the main stem of the plant to the position of a knife edge and cutting the plant. CONSTITUTION:A knife edge 14 is previously moved to a cutting position of a main stem so as to hold auxiliary buds of the plant and the main stem is then placed on a V-grooved plant pedestal 1 supported in a floating manner relatively to a substrate 12. The main stem is pressed thereon with a protruding type plant presser 2 engaging with the pedestal to support the plant. The presser is further pushed to relatively move the knife edge along slits 13 and 3 formed in the pedestal and the presser. Thereby, the plant is cut to carry out dividing and cutting of the plant.

摘要： PURPOSE:To carry out operation in high efficiency and reduced labor by feeding a plant having roots between adjacent rollers to keep the posture of the plant definite, reversing rotation of rollers to roll the root of the plant in and cutting off the root of the plant by a sweeping mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A plant having a root such as bulb 3 of lily having root is fed between adjacent rollers 1 and 2 having the surface subjected to hard rubber lining and rotating in the same direction or in the upward direction on adjacent faces to keep the posture of plant definite. Thereafter, rotation direction is changed so that rotation in the adjacent face of the above-mentioned adjacent rollers becomes downward to roll the root of plant in between the rollers 1 and 2 and further piston 4 is operated and sweeping plate 5 is pushed out and roots of the above-mentioned plant is cut off and simultaneously the plant is discharged out of a device to carry out the operation in high efficiency, reduced labor, safeness and sterilized state.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the subject transplantation hand exhibiting the operability and efficiency comparable or superior to hand work and effective in improving the aseptic state of bulb scale by providing a finger for sucking a bulb scale and a finger for holding a bulb scale and furnished with a spring made of a shape memory alloy and movably attaching both fingers to a main body of the hand. CONSTITUTION:The objective hand for the transplantation of a bulb scale is composed of a main body 5 of the hand, a bulb scale holding finger 3 movably attached to the main body 5 at one end and connected to the main body 5 at the middle part through a spring 4 made of a shape memory alloy and a finger 2 for sucking bulb scale (to pick up a bulb scale 6 by sucking) furnished with a suction means (having a suction tube 1 connected to a vacuum pump and extended through the suction finger). The bulb scale transplantation hand is attached to an arm 7 of a general-purpose robot to perform mechanical transplantation work of a bulb scale on an agar medium 8 in a clean bench.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape recognizing equipment at a low cost which can recognize the shape or the like of a relatively moving object without influence of external disturbance. SOLUTION: A slide table 4 is installed slidably on a slide rail 3. A stepping motor 5 is connected with the slide table 4. A pair of retaining panels 6, 7 are installed upright on the slide table 4. A plurality of fixing holes 6a are formed in the retaining panels 6, 7, in such a manner that the holes do not overlap with each other in the slide movement direction but are shifted in order at specified intervals. Light emitting diodes are attached in the holes 6a of the retaining panel 6. Photo IC's are attached in the holes of the retaining panel 7. The stepping motor 5, the light emitting diodes, and the photo IC's are connected with a control equipment 12 with which a display 13 is connected. While an object is made to pass at a constant speed between the light emitting diodes and the photo IC's, shape recognition is performed on the basis of light emission and light detection of the light emitting diodes and the photo IC's which face each other and make pairs.

An inside-of-tank average density PL is found. The decided value WL of an inside-of-tank stored liquid residual amount is obtained on the basis of the inside-of-tank average density PL.
