      SOLUTION: This panel support device 2 includes: a support bracket 7 having a connection lever 10 screwed with the fixing bolt 5 of a plate glass 1 and extending in the direction of the strut side surface 4; and a strut bracket 8 having a base 19 screwed with the strut side surface 4 and an arm 20 extending in the direction of the connection lever 10. A vertical extended hole 21 extending vertically is formed in the base 19. An elongated hole 22 for positional adjustment extending in the lateral direction is formed in the arm 20. The position of the plate glass 1 relative to the strut 3 in the longitudinal direction is determined by adjusting the screwed amount of the support bracket 7. The connection lever 10 and the arm 20 are aligned with each other by adjusting the strut bracket 8 in the vertical direction, and connected to each other by making fine-adjustment in the lateral direction.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever handle mounting seat which brings about smooth movement of a handle even if a screw is fastened to a slightly excessive degree, and allows only a small protrusion of a decorative cover from a door surface, to thereby contribute to good appearance of a lever handle.
      SOLUTION: In formation of the lever handle mounting seat, firstly two assemblies each consisting of a metallic seat body, countersunk head screws 3, the thin plate-like decorative cover 4, and a resin handle bearing ring 5, are prepared. The seat body has a peripheral collar 20 and a recess 21 formed like a shallow plate, and is formed with a circular hole 22 at the center thereof, and a pair of countersink holes 23 on the outside of the circular hole 22. Each countersunk head screw 3 is inserted into the countersink hole 23. The decorative cover 4 has a circular hole 40 at the center thereof, and is fitted into a plate portion of the seat body so as to cover the countersunk head screws 3. The handle bearing ring 5 has a peripheral collar 50, and is intimately fitted at least into the circular hole 40 formed in the decorative cover 4. Then the two assemblies are arranged so as to be opposed to each other across joint rods 6, and the countersunk head screws 3 are screwed into female screws 60 formed in the joint rods 6, respectively, to thereby form a unified body of the lever handle mounting seat.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive the wt. reduction and cost reduction of a panel material by bonding corrugated cardboard to the rear surface of a steel panel rolled into a thin panel shape to form a surface panel. SOLUTION: A surface panel 2 is obtained by bonding corrugated cardboard 2b to the rear surface of a steel panel 2a by an adhesive and the thickness of the steel panel 2a to be used is set to 0.2-0.4 mm. Corrugated cardboard 3b is also bonded to the rear surface of a steel panel 3a being a rear panel 3. Subsequently, the surface panel 2 and a core material 4 and the rear panel 3 and the core material 4 are bonded by a vinyl acetate resin emulsion adhesive and the surface panel 2 and the rear panel 3 are formed into such a structure that the corrugated cardboard 2b, 3b are bonded to the rear surfaces of the steel panels 2a, 3a. Therefore, the steel panels 2a, 3a are supported with proper elasticity by the corrugated cardboards 2b, 3b and become strong and, as a result, the thicknesses of the steel panels 2a, 3a can be reduced. By this constitution, a panel material can be reduced in wt. and can be made inexpensive.
