In this stage, the partial vapor pressure of Ca is adjusted to =1/2 of the partial vapor pressure of Ca, and the reaction temp. to 1,000-1,600 deg.C, and the gas and the Ca vapor are allowed to contact in parallel flow condition. Generated fine CaO powder is sucked with a vacuum pump 9 and is collected by a filter 7 in a collecting section C in a condition shielded from air with a cover 8.
