CONSTITUTION:Two pressing bodies 11 and 12, upper and lower, clamping an uncured kneaded material sheet 13 are formed with the pressing bodies having a location in contact with said sheet 13 on which a release agent 14 composed, for instance, of FRP or the like. A frame-shaped projected section 15 to be able to cut the peripheral edge section of uneven thickness and bulk density of said sheet 13 in the pressed state is formed on the peripheral edge of the lower pressing body 12, and said projected section is provided with the gradient stretching from a bottom face 12a of the pressed body 12 toward an opening section. Notches for releasing the sheet 13 at the time of pressing the sheet are formed on corner sections of said projected section 15. The peripheral edge section of the uncured sheet can be cut at the time of pressing by said constitution, and a sheet-shaped cured body with almost uniform thickness and bulk density in its peripheral sections and central section is formed.

    • PURPOSE:To apply a decorative coating only on a necessary one face of a sheet-like base material and to make correction of warpage caused by shrinkage based on curing after coating unnecessary by forming a projected warpage on the upper face of the sheet-like base material based on a restraining force generated by applying a load on supports of four corners when the decorative coating is applied on the upper face of the sheet-like base material. CONSTITUTION:As a method for preventing warpage of a decorative sheet from occurring, lower part supports 3 are provided respectively on the central parts of long sides and short sides of the upper face of a lower part frame fixing tool 2 and upper part supports 5 are provided on the four corners of the lower face of an upper part frame fixing tool 4 and a sheet-like base material 1 coated with a decorative coating is inserted between the lower and the upper frame fixing tools 2 and 4 and a load is applied therein with a weight. Then, as the sheet-like base material is pushed by the lower and the upper supports 3 and 5 set on the lower and the upper frame fixing tools 2 and 4, the corner parts of the sheet-like base material 1 is pushed down in the downward direction and the central part of each piece is curved in the upward direction to form a sheet-like base material 1 with a projected warpage on the upper face. When the decorative coating applied on this upper face is cured, the upper face is shrunk to form a flat panel.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an excellent fire protecting performance by mixing inorganic materials consisting of natural crushed stone and fine particles, and polymerized monomer, and by forming and hardening them so as to form a noncombustible artificial marble. CONSTITUTION:A noncombustible artificial marble having a noncombustibility of 110 deg. or less is formed by mixing and forming 100 parts by weight of inorganic materials consisting of natural crushed stone and fine particles having a thermal decomposition temperature of 180 deg.C or more and 400 deg.C or less, and 2 to 5 parts by weight of polymerized monomer. The inorganic materials are divided into four grain diameter groups: coarse grain group of mean grain diameter of 50 to 300mm, intermediate grain group of 2 to 6mm, fine grain group of 0.04 to 0.10mm, and minute grain group of 0.005 to 0.015mm, and they are mixed together. Further, the mixing ratio is made to be 50 to 70wt.% of coarse grains, 20 to 30wt.% of intermediate grains, 5 to 15wt.% of fine grains, and 1 to 10wt.% of minute grains. Thus, the void diameter can be reduced and quality can be homogenized, and a noncombustible artifical marble excellent in fire protecting performance can be manufactured.

At this time, the adjust gauge 6 determines the ratio of the new supplied amount W1 to the fed-back amount of exhaust grit W2 so that the level L1 of a grit exhaust tank 13 is kept constant. This is because an increase in the new supplied amount following lowering of the level L1 of the tank 13 will increase the share of new crushed objects in the mill 1 only gradually, which should prevent abrupt change in the overall crushing characteristics. This will prevent vibrations of the mill 1 to lead to provision of stable operations.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an excellent fire protecting performance by mixing a polymerized monomer with an inorganic material consisting of natural crushed stone and aluminum hydroxide, and by forming and hardening it to form a noncombustible artifical marble. CONSTITUTION:The mean grain diameters of an inorganic material are devided into four grain diameter groups: coarse grains A of 50 to 300mm, intermediate grains B of 2 to 6mm, fine grains C of 0.04 to 0.10mm, and minute grains D of 0.005 to 0.015wt.%. These grain diameter groups are mixed in the mixing ratio of the coarse grains A 50 to 70wt.%, intermediate grains B 20 to 30wt.%, fine grains C 5 to 15wt.%, and minute grains D 1 to 10wt.%. Further, the polymerized monomer with regard to the total weight 100 parts by weight of the inorganic material is mixed as much 0.5 to 10 parts by weight than the target value of 2 to 5 parts by weight. Then, in order to closely compact the filled material after filling it into a form, the vacuum suction of -10 to -30mmHg, vibration of 60 to 120Hz and 0.5 to 2mm amplitude, and pressurization of 10 to 100kgf/cm are applied to the material so as to be formed. Thus, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To produce the curved decorative plate having prescribed curvature at the point of time when a coating material cures by setting the curvature of the target curved surface by estimating the return quantity that a base material coated with the coating material for decoration shrinks after curing and curing the coating material while restraining a form. CONSTITUTION:The base material 4 coated with the coating material for decoration on the outer peripheral curved surface is first installed into the form consisting of a frame 1, a slide frame 2 sliding therein and hooks 3 respectively installed thereto at the time of production. The coating material for decoration is cured while the spacing (w) between the opposite end sides of the curved surface direction is held narrow. As a result, the spacing (w) is widened at the point of time when the curved decorative plate is taken out of the form, by which the prescribed spacing A is obtd. for the radius of the curvature chordal arc.
