摘要： PURPOSE:To make the low cost manufacturing of packaging material having satisfactory break strength and stringing strength possible by a constitution wherein kraft paper or the like is laminated to air-bubble-arranged cushioning sheet produced by laminating base film to embossed film, which is produced by forming a large number of embosses on plastic film. CONSTITUTION:Film 3' is extruded from a T-die 201 and wound through a roll 102 round an embossing roll 101 so as to form embossed film 3. Next, base film 2 extruded from a T-die 202 is wound together with kraft paper and the like 1 through a press roll 103 round the embossed film 3 on the embossing roll 101. The resultant film assembly is pressed further by a press roll 104 so as to thermally fuse the kraft paper and the like 1, the base film 2 and the embossed film together in order to obtain the aimed packaging material by cooling with a cooling roll 105. Further, if necessary, the obtained packaging material is thermally fused with film 4 extruded from a T-die 203 between press rolls 107 and 108 in order to obtain the required packaging material.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a functional wrapping material having characteristics both of drug and cushioning effects as a wrapping material by a method wherein a cellular cushioning sheet with bubbles extinguished in advance at a portion to be heat-sealed and a permeable film are heat-sealed and powder drug is sealed therein. CONSTITUTION:A cellular cushioning sheet 1a is fed out from a supply 1, and bubbles at a portion to be sealed are extinguished by a heat pressing mechanism 2. A permeable film 3a is fed out from a supply 3, and while it is facing the cellular cushioning sheet with bubbles inside, the horizontal side is sealed by one pitch and the vertical side is sealed by two pitches by a heat sealer 4 to have it formed in a bag shape. Powder drug in a drug hopper 6 is weighed by a weighting mechanism 7 and supplied into the bag from a supply nozzle 8. After the drug is put into a bag-shaped raw material, the raw material is corrected fed by one tact by an air cylinder 5, sealed vertically and horizontally by the heat sealer 4, cut into a specified width by a trimming slitter or the like and stored in a storing container 11 as a package.

摘要： PURPOSE:To closely wind a heat-shrinkable tape on the outer surface of a steel tube without causing involvement of air on the outer surface of the steel tube as well as enhance thermal efficiency of the steel tube by a method in which a steel tube is turned on a fixed position, and a heat-shrinkable tape is wound around the steel tube while heating the inside of the steel tube orderly from one end to the other end of the steel tube being turned. CONSTITUTION:A steel tube 2 is turned on a fixed position by a rotator 1, and the inside of the steel tube 2 is heated by the heating part 33 of a movable heater 3 while travelling the tube 2 from one end to the other end of the tube 2 by matching the heater 3 with the rotation speed of the tube 2. At the same time the outer surface of the tube 2 is heated to a temperature at which the tape 9 is shrunk, the tape 9 is tensed and orderly supplied onto the outer surface of the tube 2 being turned from a movable tape supplier 6 being moved following the heater 3 and wound around the tube 2 in an overlapped and spirally winding manner.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain continuously the film for the titled tape having no disorder of metal wire arrangement and suitable for an internal heater, by inserting the metal wire between the layers of thermoplastic resin made crosslinked film in parallel to the length direction and heat-bonding the crosslinked film each other. CONSTITUTION:Plural stripes of metal wires 4 of which the major diameter of the cross section is ca. 0.01-1mm. and which is arranged along the length direction of the film under the stressed condition are put between the layers of crosslinked films 2, 2' wherein the gelation percentage of the thermoplastic resin film (e.g. polyethylene etc.) of ca. 30-500mu thickness is made preferably 30-80% by the electron beam irradiation, the peroxide crosslinking etc. Next, it is wound at least by one rotating roll 5 and heated to the temperature preferably 20-110 deg.C higher than the melting point of not yet crosslinked resin which composes said crosslinked film by the heater 14, 15 etc., being moved with rotation of the roll 5, then it is passed between the pushing elastic rolls 7, 7' and the crosslinked film is heat-bonded each other.

By this method, the heat resistance and modulus of elasticity of the material for joining the seal material are increased.

A target tube is obtained by cooling the continuum 24, cutting off along a continuous surface of the split mold and separating from one another after that.
