By the torsional stress of the spring part, an equal spring characteristics curve is provided. Because the stress is equal, the spring shape is kept very small and simple. In an advantageous embodiment, the spring part extends in parallel to the armature rotation axis, and it is formed by a twisted web 6. The lever 7 is enabled to flexibly deform. As the results, the spring characteristics can be adjustable easily and flexibly, and the spring armature can be coordinated with a magnet system showing an opening angle of 10 deg. to 15 deg..
