      SOLUTION: In the weft insertion device of air jet type loom including a main nozzle 11 for weft insertion disposed at an attaching position in a state capable of being moved in the weaving width direction, and a pressurized air-supplying device 14 supported on the frame of the loom to support the pressurized air to the main nozzle 11, the supply device 14 includes a shut-off valve 15 for controlling the passage of the pressurized air to the main nozzle 11, a pipe joint exhaust port 35 attached to the exhaust port 17 of the shut-off valve 15, and a flexible pressure conduit 36 for communicating the exhaust port 35 of the pipe joint with the main nozzle 11. Also, the supply device 14 is equipped with a rotation mechanism 18 for rotation-moving the exhaust port 35.

      SOLUTION: These temple device for the weaving machine comprises the temple 1 that has at least the temple body 3 and the holder 2 that has the first and second supporter 16, 19 that axially support both end parts of the temple body 3. The first supporter 16 makes the temple body 3 unmovable to the warp direction, and is fixed to the axis center so that it may be controlled to the shaft axis. The second supporter 19 makes the temple body 3 unmovable at least in the warp direction and is supported so that the angle may be controlled to the shaft center. In the meantime, the second supporter 19 makes the temple body 3 unmovable at least in the warp direction, supports it so that the angle may be controlled to the axis center and is detachably fixed to the end face of the holder 2 bearing the first supporter 16.

The balance shaft has a non-circular cross-section having a bending rigidity in swinging direction larger than a bending rigidity in the swing center direction.

The needle sticking region is formed of the plurality of rings 6 provided integrally with the shaft member 7.
