摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for supporting needs for a consignor or transporter/driver to make a route plan, and reducing risk in public safety by providing correct information to emergency people as necessary, and totalizing substance data with roughly real-time weather and geographic position data related to transportation.
SOLUTION: A method and a system for management of transport of dangerous substance from a shipping place to a destination are provided. Loading data 72 including information related to merchandise are obtained. Geographic measurement data 74 related to the position of the merchandise when it is moved from a departure place to a delivery place are obtained. Using the geographic measurement data, roughly real-time weather data 88 related to the position of the merchandise are selected. Transportation is monitored, and emergency conditions are detected. Recommended measures to latent emergency conditions and the detected emergency conditions are computed 90.
