摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile interior equipment body for easily ensuring rapidity and stability in lid deployment performance (airbag development performance) when an airbag is operated. SOLUTION: A lid body is provided to allow an airbag to be ejected. The lid body is integrally injection-molded of a hard resin material together with other body parts. In order to demarcate the lid body 12, a tear line (a predicted breakage line) TL is formed with a thick-walled portion and a thin-walled portion alternately formed on the back side thereof. The tear line TL comprises a turning end tear line (a first tear line) 18, a hinge tear line (a third tear line) 20, and a side tear line (a second tear line) 19 to connect both ends of the turning end tear line and the hinge tear line. A low breaking strength part LB is constituted by adjusting the sectional area thereof so that breaking strength at the center of the turning end tear line 18 is lower than that of the other portion of the turning end tear line. SOLUTION: The car interior fitting body in which the lid body part for ejecting the air bag is molded integrally by using the hard resin material is produced by molding. In the molding, a tear line shaping block having a discontinuous or continuous tear line forming protrusion corresponding to a tear line (a fragile part to be broken) for the lid body part is moved forward after the passage of a half-molding material packing time to form the tear line.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an automobile interior part restraining a manufacturing man-hour and a cost, and capable of manufacturing without an obstacle, even though a lid body portion with which an airbag is projectably opened by fracturing the periphery thereof is provided. SOLUTION: The interior part 10 is provided with a general portion 11, the lid body portion 14 which is opened when the airbag is projected, a tear line portion 12 which enables fracture when the lid body portion 14 is opened and is formed by providing with a fracture groove 13 to the back side 10b thereof, and a plurality of installation leg portions for preventing the scatter of the lid body portion 14 when opened. A mold 20 which is used when the interior part 10 is formed includes a fixed mold 22 and a core 35. A groove forming core 64 which forms the fracture groove 13 is disposed to the core 35. During manufacturing, before subjecting to mold opening wherein the core 35 is detached from the fixed mold 22, the groove forming core 64 is detached from the formed fracture groove 13, then the mold 20 is subjected to the mold opening so as to move the core 35 in the direction of detaching from the fixed mold 22, and also the interior part 10 is extruded from the core 35 to manufacture the interior part.
