      SOLUTION: The grooving device comprises a plurality of arms 70 arranged so as to surround the circumference of the center line of a bottle can, a supporting block 60 to support the plurality of arms 70, a block supporting mechanism 55 to support the supporting block 60 in a straight moving manner, and rotating and supporting mechanisms 81, 82 to rotate and support the supporting block 60 so that the plurality of arms 70 are rotatable around the center line CL. Each of the plurality of arms 70 has a roller supporting body 72 in which one end part is turnably supported by an arm supporting shaft 61 and a grooving roller 73 mounted on a tip so as to face the predetermined position of a shoulder part of a bottle can, and has set mechanisms 55, 71, 74 to press the grooving roller 73 against the shoulder part of the bottle can as the supporting block 60 is moved straight.
