    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, regarding a method of making a film by heating and melting a brittle resin and extruding it from a T die into a non-oriented film, a manufacturing method of a brittle resin film which hardly causes cracks in the handling during and after the manufacture, and to provide a brittle resin film hard to develop cracks.
      SOLUTION: A brittle resin A and a tough resin B are each heated and molten with a separate extruder and supplied to a molten resin supplying pipe connected to each extruder. To a feed block, which is formed by making openings in both sides of the lower part of the pipe which supplies the brittle resin A and connecting the end of the tough resin B supplying pipe to the openings provided for these both sides, there are supplied the heated and molten brittle resin A and tough resin B. Subsequently the resins are widened by a manifold installed in succession to the feed block and extruded from the die lip of an extruding T die onto a casting roll in such a state that both sides of the brittle resin A are flanked by the tough resin B. Thus produced is the non-oriented brittle resin film whose center consists of the brittle resin and whose both sides have the tough resin portions.
