    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated steel sheet which is obtained by coating both sides of a steel sheet with a resin film, and has excellent working adhesion for the resin film and excellent preventability in the occurrence of hair in the forming of a shear spun can, to provide the shear spun can which is obtained by using the steel sheet, and has excellent corrosion resistance to contents, and to provide a production method of the resin-coated steel sheet.
      SOLUTION: The steel components and material of a steel sheet used as an original sheet are controlled, and the face orientations in the crystal faces are controlled. Further, a thinned layer subjected to molten tin treatment in a fixed amount is formed on the surface of the steel sheet, and the surface thereof is coated with a non-oriented polyester resin film.
