摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a resin coated plated steel sheet excellent in the adhesiveness of a plated steel sheet and a resin film having a sharp embossed pattern on its resin surface, and a manufacturing apparatus of the resin coated plated steel sheet. SOLUTION: Before the plated steel sheet 10 is heated using a first heating means 4, the plated steel sheet 10 is preheated using a partial heating means 3 while locally changing a heating temperature. Subsequently, the plated steel sheet 10 is heated to the adhesive temperature of the resin film using the first heating means 4 to uniformize the temperature distribution in the lateral direction of the plated steel sheet 10 and the resin film is brought into contact with the heated plated steel sheet 10 and held to a pressure contact state using a pair of bonding rolls to obtain the resin coated plated steel sheet. Succeedingly, the resin coated plated steel sheet is heated to the emboss processing temperature of the resin film using a second heating means 7 and held using embossing 8 in which the embossed pattern is carved to subject the surface of the resin film to emboss processing to obtain the resin coated plated steel sheet having the embossed pattern.
