    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging body in which an object 1 to be packaged is constantly sealed at a predetermined position in a bag 2 in a bagging and sealing method in which the object 1 is placed in the bag 2 with an upper portion opened, the bag 2 is evacuated, and the upper opening part of the bag 2 is sealed.
      SOLUTION: A display mark 33 is provided on a predetermined part of the object 1, and an identification mark 28 is provided on a predetermined part of a surface of the bag 2. After the object 1 is placed in the bag 2, the deviation (a) in position between the display mark and the confirmation mark is detected, a holding member 45 of a position correction device 31 is inserted in the bag 2 to hold the object 1, and the holding member 45 is vertically moved based on the detected deviation (a). The object 1 is moved to the position at which the display mark is agreed with the confirmation mark, and the position is corrected. The position-corrected object 1 is held by the holding member 11 from the outside of the bag 2 to hold the object 1 at the position, and the bag 2 is evacuated by a nozzle 52 in the held condition at the position.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling apparatus of articles to be packaged and a filing method of the article to be packaged in a vertical bag-filling packaging machine of an intermittent transferring type capable of balancing improvement in filling precision and improvement in productivity and being filled with the articles to be packaged more efficiently as compared with that of a prior art.SOLUTION: When it is determined by a level detecting sensor 24 that a storage level of articles to be packaged in a tank 20 is higher than a predetermined value, replacing work performed by a replacing and metering apparatus 26 is not performed, but an auger screw 22 of an auger type filling apparatus 18 is rotated by a servo motor only by a predetermined rotational angle (number of pulses) to fill the articles to be packaged into a bag 6. On the other hand, when it is determined that the storage level of the articles to be packaged is lower than the predetermined value, the bag 6 is replaced by a chuck 28 of the replacing and metering apparatus 26 in place of a gripper 4, and then the filling is carried out by the auger type filling apparatus 18 while an amount of filling is controlled by a metering unit 30 in reference to an actual metered value. Upon reaching of the metered value to the predetermined value, the filling operation is stopped to get the bag 6 back from the chuck 28 to the gripper 4.
