The rear wheel side frame body 64 and the front wheel side frame body 62 swing with a pair of right and left shaft members 46 as rotating axes, and are journaled with each other in such a way as can be folded in the longitudinal direction. By engaging the engaging part 74b of a stop 74 to a frame 40 in the folded state, the front wheel side frame body 62 and the rear wheel side frame body 64 can be fixed in a folded state.
