    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid formation of Newton rings on a touch panel structure that uses as a lower substrate layer a complex having an ITO fine particle layer formed on a polycarbonate sheet.SOLUTION: The touch panel structure comprises an upper substrate layer having a conductive layer formed on one side of an upper substrate, and a lower substrate layer having a conductive layer formed on the surface of one side of a lower substrate, with both substrate layers arranged so that the conductive layers face each other. The lower substrate layer uses a transparent polycarbonate sheet as a substrate and has an adhesive layer formed on the surface of one side thereof. An ITO fine particle layer is stacked over the surface of the adhesive layer. The surface of the ITO fine particle layer is finely uneven.
