SOLUTION: The sanitary washing apparatus comprises: the functional component provided with a plurality of fixing holes; a plurality of fasteners; a casing provided with a plurality of first mounting parts formed with first mounting holes that can mount and fix the fasteners; and a mounting member fixable to one of the plurality of first mounting parts and formed with second mounting holes that can mount and fix the fasteners. One of the functional component and the mounting member can be alternatively mounted and fixed to the first mounting part by the fasteners. The functional component is fixed to the casing through the mounting member by the fastener fixed into the second mounting hole in one of the plurality of fixing holes, and fixed directly to the casing by the fastener fixed into the first mounting hole in the other fixing hole different from at least one of the fixing holes.
