The pipe for supplying hand washing water is arranged by detouring the hand washing bowl from the low tank body or a side face 14h of the lid. This tank 14 is provided with a water dropping prevention cover 34 for preventing the water flowing along the outer surface of the pipe for supplying hand washing water from dropping on the floor surface and a water drainage channel 34a.
