    • PURPOSE:To arrange thin plates in order on a base plate without leaving any clearances therebetween by a method wherein the thin plates placed on the base plate are moved while holding them between the base plate and a pressing plate, in an arranging device for constructional floor boards or the like. CONSTITUTION:Drawing plates 15, 16 are fitted to an end part of the pressing plate 14, and the thin plate 11 roughly arranged on the base plate 12 are held in situ by the pressing plate 14. When a draw driving source 19 provided at one end of the arranging device 13 is operated, the pressing plate 14 moves in the longitudinal direction of the base plate 12, so that the thin plates 11 are moved toward a stopper 26 by the drawing plate 15 with lateral end parts 10a of the thin plates 11 being sequentially abutted against each other. Then, when a draw driving source 18 is operated, the pressing plate 14 moves in the transverse direction of the base plate 12, so that the thin plates 11 are drawn up to a stopper 27 in a similar manner as above. Accordingly, the thin plates 11 can be arranged in order with the end parts thereof closely contacted with each other.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the crumbling of piled-up products and to easily grasp the quantity, by seperating product sheets, which have a development (product) of a container printed on its cardboard, into the products and refuses, and by automatically inserting lined sheets at a time when only the products are loaded onto a lifter. CONSTITUTION:Products piled up in a given quantity are laid onto a table 38. In the meantime, a product receiving plate 14 is moved in the direction A through the working of a timing belt 19 driven from a motor 21, standing ready above a lifter 11. In the condition described above, the products are first transferred onto a receiving plate 14 from the table 38 by means of a scraper, the receiving plate 14 being then moved in the direction D. This causes the products to be prevented from moving in the direction D resulting from collision with a wiper 23, the products, thus, falling and being loaded onto a table 42 of the lifter 11 placed in an elevated position. When the receiving plate 14 are moved in the direction, D, the end of the lined sheet is lifted up by means of a sucker 49, the line sheet, thus, being laid onto the receiving plate 14. The lined sheet falls and is laid onto the products in the manner described above resulting from the reciprocation of the receiving plate 14.

    • PURPOSE:To surely separate and pick out the thin sheet, by slidably supporting a projection plate, which has on its top a step of height slightly smaller than the thickness of the pushed-out thin sheet and width smaller than that of the sheet, at the lower opening of a housing box and by providing a shutter so that it can freely move out into the passage of the projection plate. CONSTITUTION:When the projection plate 3 moves forth (leftward) from a retraction limit position A, the shutter 6 swings clockwise to open a projection-side opening and the lowest thin sheet 1a comes into contact with the chin of a step 3a and is pushed out together with the proceeding of the projection plate 3. The size of the projection-side opening is larger than the thickness of single thin sheet but smaller than the thickness of two thin sheets. For this reason, the second thin sheet 1b is kept from moving. When the thin sheet 1a is completely pushed out of the housing box 2, the shutter 6 returns to the initial position due to its own weight. The projection plate 3 is then moved back. At that time, the thin sheet 1a is kept by the shutter 6 from following the plate 3. Therefore, only the projection plate 3 is moved back to the retraction position A.
