摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate power consumption and an available travel distance, with influence of an external factor of an EV vehicle reflected therein, for vehicles of plural automobile manufacturers or plural models without limiting to a specific manufacturer or a specific model.SOLUTION: A power consumption estimation device has: identification means which identifies a parameter to correct information affecting power consumption of an electric vehicle when the same travels on the basis of respective power consumption information on a plurality of electric vehicles which have similar power consumption patterns; and estimation means which estimates electric energy necessary for the electric vehicle having the similar power consumption pattern to travel on the basis of an identification result.

SOLUTION: In a scenario-generating system 30, when event information, which is generated in association with an operation on an operation screen, is instructions of extraction ranges including position coordinates, and extraction range information indicating a range for extracting and recording comparison-object images is recorded. On the basis of the extraction range information, the extraction range of the comparison-object images are displayed on the operation screen. When the event information is a recording instruction following the instruction of the extraction range, the image information on the whole image on the operation screen is extracted and recorded, and comparison-object image information is extracted from the operation screen on the basis of the coordinates value of the recorded image information on the whole image and the extraction range information, and then operation scenarios are generated on the basis of the event information and the comparison-object image information.
