    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of forecasting and displaying a blood vessel contrast in an angiographic image.SOLUTION: An image processing device related to one embodiment includes a display part, a database, an input part, an acquisition part, a calculation part and a control part. The display part displays an x-ray image acquired beforehand. The database maintains a correspondence table describing the relation of a reference contrast medium concentration and a reference x-ray condition with the blood vessel contrast. The input part inputs the schedule value of the contrast medium concentration and an x-ray condition scheduled to be applied when photographing the angiographic image. The acquisition part acquires the blood vessel contrast referring to the x-ray condition of the reference contrast medium concentration of the database with the inputted schedule value and the x-ray condition. The calculation part calculates the prediction average pixel value in the region of interest based on the acquired blood vessel contrast and the average pixel value in the region of interest set to the x-ray image. The control part makes the display part display the x-ray image overlapping the partial image having the calculated prediction average pixel value on the region of interest.
