    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice mode control system and a voice mode switching method that achieve smooth voice mode switching of a broadcast signal transmitted without countdown information by a current voice mode signal. SOLUTION: An RTP 21 generates an event timetable TT on the basis of program transmission information inputted from an SCP 3. The RTP utilizes a trigger signal of an inter-station control signal even when it is unable to obtain a countdown signal so as to output a voice mode switching signal of a broadcast signal of the next broadcast to an ENC 5 prior to the next program-switching timing while leaving the voice mode undesignated. On the other hand, the ENC 5 enters a voice mode switching waiting state. The RTP 21 continuously switches the broadcast signal to prescribed program switching timing while transmitting a voice mode switching signal, which designates with a voice mode set in the new broadcast signal, to the ENC 5 so as to allow the waiting ENC 5 to smoothly execute the voice mode switching.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcasting time display system which gives precise information of a residual time until switching (queue) from a main station side to a studio or a relay car of a local station, and displays the information.
      SOLUTION: In the broadcasting time display system, when the residual time is input by an operator, a command part 1 calculates a queue time by referring to a built-in standard clock and transmits it to a remote display part 2 through a transmission part 3, and the remote display part 2 obtains the residual time from a difference between the received queue time and present time information obtained from the internal standard clock synchronizing with the standard clock of the command 1 to display the precise residual time avoiding an influence of a transmission delay time occurring at the transmission part 3 etc.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the connecting bus by constructing a first disconnector integrally with a first main bus and arranging a second disconnector on a second main bus, and to shorten the depth of connecting bus line by reducing the insulator and the airtight part. CONSTITUTION:A circuit breaker 1 is disposed with the drive shaft thereof directing vertically and connected with first and second instrument current transformers 4A, 4B at the connecting ports 5A, 5B provided in the vertical direction. A first main bus 2A is disposed closely to the ground surface and formed integrally with a first disconnector 3A. This structure reduces the bus, the insulator and the airtight part thus realizing reduction in size of a gas insulated switchgear.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a GIS which can simply execute a site withstand voltage test or a PCT testing without providing a bus which is not required for the constitution of an essential device. CONSTITUTION: A vertical breaker 3 containing an arc-extinguishing chamber 7 in a breaker tank 3a is disposed between a bus 1a and a bus 1b which are connected to a main bus. A site withstand voltage device 10 mounted on the upper part of the breaker 3 is connected to a conductor 11a connected to a connection part 8 for mounting the site withstand voltage device which is mounted on the upper part of the arc- extinguishing chamber by a bolt and a screw. The breaker tank 3a and the site withstand voltage device 10 are connected to each other through an adapter 9a for connection use.
