The power saving control circuit includes a bandpass filter for detecting the predetermined frequency component, a pulse-width detection circuit for detecting pulse width of an input signal input from the antenna, and a pulse-width change circuit for changing the pulse width of the input signal to be supplied to the bandpass filter to equal to or less than predetermined pulse width if the pulse width of the input signal detected by the pulse-width detection means exceeds the predetermined pulse width.
