    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unify data display in data collection devices in respective plant facilities/instruments and a diagnosis service computer for a diagnosis support service enterprise for speedup of data analysis and abnormal phenomenon diagnosis when a plant enterprise has a plurality of plant facilities/instruments.
      SOLUTION: This plant diagnosis support system 10 supporting remote diagnosis of a plant is provided with one or more plant facilities/instruments arranged on the plant enterprise side, at least one or more operation data collection processing means 17 collecting, processing, and storing operation data of the plant facilities/instruments, and a plant monitoring support server receiving the operation data stored in the operation data collection processing means 17 via an intranet line 18 and having a graph display function for displaying a graph in a display format same as that for the operation data collection processing means 17. The plant monitoring support server is constructed so as to carry out data transmission/reception to/from the diagnosis service computer connected via the Internet line 14.

    • PURPOSE:To correct diagnose abnormal vibration by detecting the vibration of a bearing part in a rotating machine by a vibration-type acceleration sensor, discriminating a detection signal by plural BPFs, executing envelope processing, comparing the processed signal with a signal outputted from a double integration circuit, and estimating the existence and cause of abnormality based upon the correlation of respective signals. CONSTITUTION:A signal generated from the vibration-type acceleration sensor 3 fixed to a bearing housing 2 for the rotating machine 1 is amplified by an amplifier 4 and supplied to the BPFs 5A to 5D and the double integrator 16. The outputs of the BPFs 5A to 5D are converted into their frequency through envelope circuits 6A to 6D and the converted outputs are supplied to a computer 17. An output signal from the integrator 16 is also supplied to the computer 17. The computer 17 compares the output signals of the circuits 6A to 6D with the output signal of the integrator 16 and estimates the existence and cause of abnormality based upon the correlation of respective input signals.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a motor shaft and a rotary blade inside a frame from the intrusion of magnetic flux and eliminate the generation of overcurrent and exothermic reaction by disposing outside the frame a ring formed of a superconductive material to surround the frame. CONSTITUTION:A turbo molecular pump carries out a gas molecule pumping action with rotary blades 2 connected to a motor shaft 1 and fixed blades 3 disposed alternatively between the rotary blades 2. Then, a vacuum tank 5 is disposed outside a frame 4 and a cooling container 6 is disposed in the vacuum tank 5 while a ring 7 formed of a superconductive material is disposed in the cooling container 6. The cooling container 6 is filled with a cooling material such as liquefied nitrogen introduced from an inlet 8 to cool the ring 7 until the superconductive condition is attained. Thus, the motor shaft 1 and the rotary blades 2 inside the ring 7 under the superconductive condition are prevented from the intrusion of magnetic flux. Thus, rotary sections even under the ferromagnetic circumference can be prevented from the generation of overcurrent and exothermic reaction.

    • PURPOSE:To easily detect slacks of a stator winding, by attracting coil ends toward the inner diameter side with a spring strength measuring device making application of pliers, and by detecting spring strength quantitatively in terms of its attracting force and displacement quantity. CONSTITUTION:A stator core 1 is provided with confronting sections 1a-1b in the diameter direction, and with coil end sections 2a-2b confronted with each other in the direction of the diameter of a stator winding protruded from the slot of the core 1. A pliers-formed spring-strength-measuring device 3 is organized with chuck sections 4a-4b, elastic arms 6a-6b, handles 11a-11b, and a first and a second dial gauges 7, 9, and is provided with wires 12a-12b for connecting the chuck sections 4a-4b to the coil ends 2a-2b. Then, by measuring spring strength with pliers application, everybody can detect slacks of the stator winding quantitatively without the need of special skill on work.

The arithmetic means 35 sets an area allowed by a normal state of the rotary machine in a multi-dimensional space formed by the total amount of state which is expressed as multi-dimensional vectors obtained by integrating the conditions of operation and the amounts of phenomena, and determines the state of operation as sound when the total amount of state obtained by integrating the conditions of operation and the amounts of phenomena inputted is found inside the set normal state, while it determines the state of operation as extraordinary when the total amount of state is found outside the normal state.

    • PURPOSE:To discriminate the electromagnetic vibration of the electric motor and to detect the abnormality of the roller bearing by cutting off an electromagnetic vibration component consisting of plural ray spectra. CONSTITUTION:The detection signal of a sensor part 1 installed on a bearing bracket is inputted to a fast Fourier transformer 19 through an LPF 8 and an A/D converter 9 to obtain a Fourier spectrum. Then an electromagnetic vibration spectrum removing part 20 substitutes the higher harmonic vibration spectrum in the Fourier spectrum by the groove higher harmonic magnetic flux of the electric motor and the frequency spectrum component determined according to the operation conditions of an inverter for electric motor driving with zeros. Then a time waveform is obtained by fast reverse Fourier transformation 21 and then the influence of electromagnetic vibration is removed from the obtained signal and vibration which is generated nearly by the bearing is detected. For the purpose, this signal is led to an effective value detection part 2 and a peak value detection part 3 and compared with a predetermined value and when the value is exceeded, a decision 6 on the abnormality is made.
