When the elasto-plastic damper 5 is connected to the rotary motion parts 3, 4, an elasto-plastic member 9 of the elasto-plastic damper 5 is deformed by the rotary motion of the rotary motion parts 3, 4. The snubber is configured to attenuate the rotational force of the rotary motion parts 3, 4.
