    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the life of an apparatus by controlling the blocking of the inside of a harmful organic substance injection tube by keeping the temperature of the inner wall of the tube constant.
      SOLUTION: A molten salt supply apparatus 23, a harmful substance supply container 24 housing a harmful substance 102, and a gas purifying apparatus 25 treating a reactive gas produced in a reactor 22 are connected with the reactor 22 by a molten salt injection tube 33, the harmful substance injection tube 34 with its terminal end opened in a molten salt 101, and a gas discharge tube 35, respectively. In order to cool the inside of the injection tube 34, cooling equipment 51 having a closed circulating circuit is provided in the tube 34. In the cooling equipment 51, a heat exchange part is formed from a supply side cooling tube 62 connected to a cooling unit 61 and a reflux side cooling tube 63.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform decomposing treatment of an harmful organic compound to a harmless compound without discharging any harmful compound in an environment in a process of detoxicating decomposing treatment of the harmful organic compound. SOLUTION: The harmful organic compound 3, dioxins for example, is blended in a molten salt of alkaline metal hydroxide, sodium hydroxide 1 for example and the obtained salt mixture is heated to perform decomposing treatment 4 of the harmful organic compound. Gaseous decomposed products 5 are subjected to gas decontamination 6 and are discharged in air 8 as harmless gases 7.
