In this process, a comparison and classification means 52 compares the contents of control point tables relating to the respective spools, in the round robin, so as to confirm whether a control point table has the same control point, beginning with the start points of all the spools, thereby determining matching based on prescribed common characteristics. The comparison and classification means 52 then creates shape data 106 which is stored according to the spool shape.

The decision control section 121 outputs the generated two-dimensional data of the wire housing component from an interface section 110 with a file format by a file output section 127, so as to store it into a memory section 130 with the file format.
