SOLUTION: The motor driver is equipped with a position detecting circuit 7, an energizing signal generating circuit 6 for outputting a timing signal for switching the energization of driving coils 1A to 1C, a speed deviation detecting circuit 9 for outputting a fixed rotation detecting signal, a rotation speed control circuit 8 for outputting a speed control signal, positive pole side driving transistors 2A to 2C to which power supply voltage is supplied, negative-pole side drive transistors 3A to 3C to be grounded via a resistor, a power supply monitoring circuit 5 for monitoring the power supply voltage to output a drive-mode switching signal, and an output PWM control unit 4 for performing the on/off control of the positive-side driving transistors and the negative-side driving transistors.     • PURPOSE:To reduce electric power loss by providing an anode-side driving circuit which outputs and controls a constant current to an anode electrode according to display data and a cathode-side driving circuit which sets a cathode electrode to a reference potential according to a scanning signal. CONSTITUTION:The anode-side driver circuit 11 which is connected between the anode electrode A of a segment S and the anode of a high voltage DC power source VH has a constant current circuit 13 whose operation is controlled according to the output signal of a logic part 12 generating a signal corresponding to display data. Further, the driver circuit 21 connected between the cathode electrode K of the segment S and the cathode of the power source VH has a transistor 23 for switch which is turned on and off according to the output signal of a logic part 22 generating a scanning signal. Thus, the anode sides are driven with the constant current to eliminate the need for a current limiting resistance, thereby reducing the electric power loss.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the resetting time after a steam valve is closed, by furnishing pressure sensors at an emergency oil pressure line at the upper stream side of a quick action electromagnetic valve and at the lower chamber of a disk damp valve, and controlling the steam valve depending on the detected signals of both sensors. CONSTITUTION:At a hydraulic cylinder 12 to drive a steam valve, a disk damp valve 17 is furnished, and the first pressure sensor 28 is connected to the upper stream side of an emergency oil pressure line of a quick action electromagnetic valve 20. Also at the lower chamber 19 of the disk damp valve 17, the second pressure sensor 31 is connected. Then, signals from the both sensors 28 and 31 are input to an adder 30 through pressure converters 29 and 32, and after compared with a set value 34a in a comparator 34, it is input to an OR circuit 35. The steam valve is controlled by the output of the circuit 35. Therefore, the steam valve can be opened accurately and immediately, since the resetting after the steam valve is closed in a load cutoff condition is performed based on the pressure sensor signals.

At this time, an output correction bias 18d is subtracted from an output signal of the valve control device 11 using an adder 12d, and an intercept valve 7 is closed in accordance with the difference in signal value between an output signal of the adder 12d and a feedback signal 14d.

At the time of testing the solenoid 5a, a valve 23a is opened to send control oil to the cylinder 20a and, after the solenoid 5a is moved to a test position, a trip signal is given to excite the solenoid 5a, then its normal operation is detected by means of a detector 25a.

When the pressure in a steam piping system including the separator 2 and the flasher 9 reduces and each hot-water level 13, 15 increases, the steam regulating valves 5 and 12 at the inlet of the turbine 6 close. Thus, the carry-over to the turbine and water injection can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress the secondary peak in the rotational speed of a turbine by adding a no-load bias so that the setting speed of turbine after shutting down the load may become constant, when controlling the amount of steam flowing into a power generating turbine and its output through adjustment on the opening of a steam valve. CONSTITUTION:A turbine controller 40 performs subtraction after transmitting signals from a rotational speed detector 12 which detects actual rotational speed of a turbine based on a rotational speed setting signal 11, to an adder 14 via a converter 13. The signal of a switch 16 is also subtracted by an adder 17 from a signal obtained by multiplying the signal from the adder 14 by a turbine settling rate 15. Further, a signal 26 resulting from the differential pressure from the rated steam pressure is converted by a function generator 27 and added by a load setting 18 and an adder 20 after subtraction by an adder 28 from a no-load bias 19 as a pressure compensation bias. The signal from the adder 20 is given to the switch 16 and transmitted to the adder 17.
